Customer Payment and Scheduling Agreement


By purchasing tutoring sessions, you agree to the following terms regarding payment, scheduling, and rescheduling:

  1. Scheduling and Payment

  • All available session times are posted on the schedule. It is the customer’s responsibility to view the schedule and select their preferred time slots.

  • Payment is due at the time of scheduling. Sessions will not be reserved until payment is received.

  1. Monthly Session Policy

  • All sessions purchased are valid only for the month in which they were bought.

  • Unused sessions will not carry over into the next month unless rescheduling is initiated and approved by the tutor.

  1. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.

  • Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund or rescheduling.

  1. Extenuating Circumstances

  • In the case of illness, emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact the tutor directly. Exceptions may be made at the tutor’s discretion.

By scheduling and paying for sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
