Our Programs

At The Jewel Institute of Education, we help young learners build strong, confident foundations in math. In 3rd Grade Math, students master essential skills like one-digit multiplication, addition and subtraction, basic fractions, division, and calculating area and perimeter. We also reinforce key real-world skills like telling time and problem-solving. In 4th Grade Math, students expand their knowledge with place value, two-digit multiplication, factors and multiples, adding and subtracting fractions, working with decimals, and more advanced measurement concepts, including area and perimeter. With patient instruction and engaging activities, we help every student strengthen their skills, build confidence, and prepare for future math success.

At The Jewel Institute of Education, we help middle school students build strong math skills that set the foundation for future success. In 7th Grade Math, students master numbers and operations, solve one-variable equations and inequalities, work with geometric equations, understand proportions, explore probability, and analyze graphs. They also learn to tackle two-variable equations, calculate volume and surface area, and dive into circles and composite figures — all with hands-on support that makes complex ideas easier to grasp.
For 8th Grade Math, we take learning to the next level with a focus on functions, linear equations, and statistics. Students strengthen their understanding of one-variable equations and inequalities, explore value and magnitude, and confidently find slope and y-intercepts. We also build skills in geometry, measurement, and proportions, ensuring students are fully prepared for Algebra 1 and beyond. With patient guidance, real-world examples, and plenty of encouragement, our 7th and 8th grade programs help students feel ready, capable, and confident in their math journey.
